Get More Twitter Followers – Get More Blog Readers

By Jeremy Myers 4 Comments

Twitter is a powerful tool, if used right.

Of course, as with any powerful tool, Twitter can also be a colossal waste of time.

Ever since I joined Twitter, I have been looking for a tool which will help me use Twitter for it’s strengths, and also allow me to automate some of the mundane and repetitive tasks which are required to maintain a Twitter account.  I finally found such a tool in Tweet Adder.

Tweet Adder is a powerful tool to manage your Twitter account and increase your influence on it. The program allows you to do the following:

*Automated Tweets post throughout the day

*Unique automation tool to increase your followers exponentially

*Thank you Direct Messaging – sends messages to your new followers

*Standard Direct Messaging – Sends messages to all your followers

*Automated Tweet searches by key words, etc.

*Blacklist people and whitelist followers

*Post Tweets to Facebook, Linkedin, and Myspace

*Unique Tweet Generator – creates unique tweets automatically

*RSS Tweets – tweets any RSS feed whether from your blog updates, or any other source

*@Reply Tweets – post a random tweet @someone who posts a tweet directed @you

*Re-Tweets- Automatically retweet another user

*Url shortener – Shorten long URLs automatically

*Mp3 Poster – Bands and artists can upload Mp3s to www.mp3twit.com and share on twitter

*Symbols – Access to special UTF8 characters like stars, arrows, and smileys

*Link History – Easy access to previously shortened URLs and Mp3s

*Post Tweets with random time delay and more

If you’re someone who is interested in getting your message out to more people as well as manage your Twitter account to the optimal levels, you’ll want to buy this program.

It’s very inexpensive to boot. Only $55. One time cost. No monthly fees, etc.

If you purchase through me, I can also give you a 20% discount. Just enter the Discount Code: JERE20 at checkout, and get the program for under only $44.

Still not sure? Sign up for the affiliate program as I have. They give you a 50% commission for any sales you generate. This means if you get 2 people to join, the program pays for itself.

I was a little skeptical at first, so I initially only signed up for the free demo. Here is what happened:

Tweet Adder Statistics

See that exponential spike in Twitter followers? Tweet Adder. did that. 100% of it. Then I turned off the Free Demo for a week, just to see what would happen. My numbers leveled back off again. So then, I purchased the program, and got it running again, and once again, my numbers started going back up.

Of course, Twitter numbers mean nothing if you cannot convert them into blog readers.

So I set up a few automated tweets to invite people to read my blog and subscribe to my RSS Feed, and have noticed a steady increase in the number of visits I get from Twitter.

I was pretty skeptical at first, but Tweet Adder. made a believer out of me, and that is why I am sharing this tool with you.

CLICK HERE TO ORDER and make sure at checkout, you use the Tweet Adder Discount code JERE20 for a 20% discount.

I am pretty ignorant, but this post raises lots of question for me:

    1. Why did 1400+ people choose to follow you on Twitter? (I’m not being rude, just interested.)
    2. How did you get in contact with these people?
    3. Does this mean all of them get every tweet you make? Do you know if they all persisted, or could most of them have dropped out again quickly?
    4. What do you say that keeps on interesting them?
    5. Do you actually read the return tweets of 1400+ people? Why?
    6. What do you think is gained by all this?

I am pretty jaundiced about Twitter, but I am willing to learn. Thanks.

      unkleE,

      Good questions.

Actually, I run 3 other blogs, and I would say that 95% of my followers are from my “main” blog at tillhecomes.org. I link all the blogs through one Twitter account. This is not “best” but it works for me for now.

Twitter is a unique tool. Think of it as a giant room with thousands of people, and all of them are talking at once. There is no way to listen to them all, or for all of them to listen to you. But if you say something interesting to the 5-10 in your immediate proximity (those who are watching their Tweets at that exact minute), and they like it, they may pass it on to others, who may pass it on to others, etc, etc, until eventually, several thousand people in the room have read what you initially said.

So….no, I don’t read all their Tweets, and they don’t read all mine. But I do get lots of visits to my various blogs every day from the Tweets which I write, and I often visit blogs from the Tweets of others that I read. The program I talk about in this post has helped me do more of that, as I can now focus on responding to people who direct message me, or ReTweet one of my Tweets. It performs some of the mundane/repetitive tasks of Twitter so that I can focus on developing relationships and joining the grand conversation.

      Does any of this help?

Yes that was helpful thanks – I like the crowded room analogy. But I still wonder where you got 1400 followers from.

Well, I started off with about 10 friends that I knew personally or from online. Then they introduced me through ReTweets and FridayFollows to some of their friends. I followed them, and they followed me. Then I found a few people who regularly Tweeted some good blog posts, and I followed a couple dozen of their followers, because it looked like they had similar interests as I did. Most of them followed me back.

And so on… months passed… until eventually… I have a little over 1800 Twitter followers today.

I currently write five blogs. This is one of them. “Friend” me on Facebook, and “Follow” me on Twitter to learn about the others. See you there! Read More…
